André joined AREPA Benelux in October 2024 as a Sales Manager based in our Stavanger, Norway office. In this role, André collaborates with our clients across the region to help them achieve their objectives. He establishes and maintains crucial partnerships, drives business growth, and ensures customer satisfaction through tailored solutions.
André brings extensive experience to his role, having served as both a sales representative and sales manager in the waste-handling industry in Norway. His primary expertise lies in developing technical solutions and conceptualizing innovative approaches to meet client needs.
With a strong background in technical sales and a passion for building lasting relationships, André is committed to helping our Norwegian clients overcome challenges and achieve success.
Andrea has worked for AREPA for over 17 years and is the Managing Director for AREPA Inspexx out of the Amersfoort, Netherlands office.
Based out of the Silkeborg office, Claus has been part of the AREPA family for over 22 years and is currently an electronics technician and project manager. Prior to joining AREPA, Claus worked in an electronics workshop. His great interest in technology and the ability to collaborate with colleagues has kept Claus motivated to continue working in this industry.
Eric has been with the company for over 23 years and is based out of AREPA’s Columbus, Ohio office. He serves as a project manager on large scale assignments where he evaluates high-tech electronic, electrical and mechanical equipment that was impacted as a result of fire, water or other debris contamination.
Joining AREPA more than 20 years ago as a technical specialist, Erik now serves as a team leader working out of the company’s Amersfoort office helping clients get back up and running after a loss.
Gijs has been with AREPA for over 35 years and works out of the company’s Amersfoort office as a team leader.

Inger joined the AREPA Nordics team in January 2024 as the Operations Manager of AREPA Norway. With a robust background in the insurance industry, boasting seven years of experience, and an additional five years as a department manager in the damage restoration sector, Inger brings a wealth of expertise to her role.
Based in Stavanger, the AREPA Norway office includes both an office and workshop, from which we efficiently serve clients across the entirety of Norway. Inger's strategic leadership and extensive experience are invaluable assets as we continue to provide top-tier restoration services to our local clients.
Ivo joined AREPA Benelux in November 2024 as a Technical Manager based in our Amersfoort, Netherlands office. In this role, Ivo is critical in overseeing project success and maintaining client relations.
With over 25 years of experience managing and optimizing service operations for high-stakes environments, including energy infrastructure and critical medical equipment, Ivo brings a wealth of knowledge to his role.
Jesse joined AREPA in 1991 and fulfills the role of Managing Director AREPA Benelux. He works from the head office in Amersfoort.
As the Nordic Regional Managing Director, Martin will oversee the operations of AREPA’s Nordic offices, serving clients throughout Sweden, Denmark, and Norway while partnering with AREPA’s Senior Leadership team to best position the Company for continued growth and expansion. Martin has over two decades of senior leadership experience in commercial property claims and large loss management.
Michael works as a technician out of AREPA’s Silkeborg office and has been with the company for over 25 years restoring a wide range of equipment.
Mikael joined AREPA Sweden in October 2024, bringing a deep commitment to building strong client relationships and providing tailored solutions for unique loss events. As Sales Manager, he collaborates with clients across the Swedish market to support them in the aftermath of disasters, helping to mitigate losses and implement customized preventive strategies.
Mikael brings years of experience in sales and service organizations within the Swedish market. His extensive background equips him with a strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics, enabling him to deliver effective and impactful solutions that drive long-term success.
Pepijn joined the AREPA Inspexx division in 2012 when the company he worked for at that time (Argus), merged with AREPA. Over the years, his position has evolved from primarily being an electrical safety trainer, to a trainer/consultant on electrical and machine safety, to his current position as QHSE Manager for AREPA and AREPA Inspexx.
Peter started his AREPA journey over 30 years ago as an elektro/mechanic apprentice. Today, Peter mostly serves as a project manager but still makes his way on site to lend a hand as a technician.
Torben currently serves as Global Technical Director out of the Silkeborg office where he focuses on assessing large and complicated cases as well as coaching, guiding and developing new talent.
